Hi, my name is Jordan Wilkins. I am a marketing manager at Practi. we're FinTech for healthcare in the dental industry. So the problems we were facing was that we wanted to get more brand awareness and also lead generation. We knew that we needed more brand awareness to then enable more leads. And so we, a lot of our content felt quite in-house and we wanted to like elevate that because I'm a firm believer in how you do one thing is how you do all things. If you've got amazing videos, tell great stories, show patient journey, show amazing patient journey, then that tells like our customers that we will be detailed and care about the results. We hired Poco Productions based off recommendation. We also saw some of Poco production's previous work, really liked it, felt like it stood out in an industry that feels a little bit saturated. We also felt like the storytelling nature of it was, like a key feature as well. Dentists are humans at the end of the day, and so we want to tell really great human stories that also felt emotionally led. I feel really relaxed. Obviously I have to be very switched on when it comes to a shoot, also in pre-production, production and post-production. But the team just made me feel really comfortable straight away. And also I feel like I can just trust them to get the best out of a shoot. And also then, communicate later on when it comes to producing, really high quality, videos that stand out in the industry. So overall, yeah, really relaxed and also it's helped me kind of elevate the way I approach shoots and my approach to, to marketing. So in terms of brand awareness, I've had like different people come up to me and other people on my team saying that they've seen, like videos on their Instagram and LinkedIn feeds. So obviously that's like a huge plus. And from like a quantitative standpoint, we've generated like a £0.02 cost per click onto the website. So that means every two p that we've spent promoting a video meta has led to one click leading someone onto a website, which is like pretty insane. At the moment, a key indicator of how well a video performs and how well the algorithm takes to it is the hook retention rate. A lot of our videos are in the range of like 60 to 70% hook retention, which is a bit insane. Like the hook retention rate on average in the industry is around 20%. So any, so 70%, 60% is, yeah, I'm really, really happy with that. Cool. And would you recommend. Poco Productions.
